Using AI to actually manage my life (not just chatbots)

I’ve been using AI tools to actually run my life — not just lobbing random questions at ChatGPT, but building real systems. Meal planning. Budget tracking. Scheduling. Even prepping for tough conversations at work.

  1. I use Claude for meal planning every week. I tell it my dietary restrictions, budget, and how many meals I need and it generates a full plan with grocery list. Saves me probably 2 hours a week.

  2. AI for workout programming has been a game changer for me. Instead of paying 200/month for a trainer I describe my goals, equipment, and schedule and get a personalized plan.

  3. The conversation prep thing is interesting. I’ve used AI to help me script difficult conversations with my boss. Not to be fake — more like to organize my thoughts and anticipate pushback. It actually helped me get a raise lol
