All content on HappierFit — including articles, the HappierFit Score™ assessment, branding, and the Emotional Fitness Playbook — is owned by BRICK30 TECHNOLOGIES, LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright law. You may share article links freely. You may not republish full articles without our written permission. Quoting up to 200 words for editorial purposes with proper attribution is permitted under fair use.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to extract content at scale
