HappierFit is operated by BRICK30 TECHNOLOGIES, LLC (East Bethel, Minnesota). This page describes what data we collect, why, and how to control it.
Advertising and analytics
HappierFit displays advertisements served by Google AdSense (publisher ID pub-1773831877873990). Google and its third-party vendors use cookies and other tracking technologies to serve advertisements based on your prior visits to our website and other websites on the internet.
Specifically, we use:
- Google AdSense — programmatic display advertising. Uses the DoubleClick DART cookie and similar technologies to deliver ads tailored to your interests.
- Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID
G-FJR7EN7X5L) — anonymized website analytics. - Google Tag Manager (container
GT-T5R7BR28) — tag management for the above services.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google’s Ad Settings or aboutads.info. EU/UK/EEA visitors are presented with a consent banner before any advertising or analytics tracking begins; advertising and analytics cookies are denied by default until you grant consent (compliant with Google Consent Mode v2 and IAB TCF v2.2).
What we collect when you give it to us
- Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter (Beehiiv) or take the HappierFit Score™ quiz. We use this to send your weekly briefing and assessment results. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
- Quiz answers — When you take the HappierFit Score, your answers are scored locally in your browser. Only your final score and dimension breakdown are stored against your email address (in Beehiiv).
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We do not use your data for political profiling or microtargeting.
- We do not share your email address with affiliate partners or sponsors.
Affiliate links
HappierFit earns affiliate commissions from links to therapy platforms (Online Therapy, Talkspace, Panic Away), supplement brands, sleep products, and Amazon Associates (store ID happierfit-20). Affiliate links are marked with rel="sponsored" per FTC requirements. See our Affiliate Disclosure for the complete current list and how we choose recommendations.
Your rights
If you’re in the EU/UK or California (or any state with similar privacy laws — Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, Texas), you have the right to request a copy of your data, request deletion, or opt out of data sales (we don’t sell data). Email [email protected] with the subject “Data Request” and we’ll respond within 30 days.
California “Do Not Sell” / GPC
HappierFit honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out request from the sale of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. Our consent banner also includes a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer for California residents.
Children
HappierFit is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we’ll notify subscribers by email. Last updated: 2026-05-05.
