AI family calendar/organization
My wife and I are drowning in family logistics. 3 kids with different activities, both working, plus managing the house. We tried shared Google calendar but nobody updates it consistently. Anyone using AI tools to help manage the family chaos?

We use a combination of Google Calendar + ChatGPT. Every Sunday I spend 10 minutes going through the week's stuff and asking ChatGPT to help me organize it - who needs to be where, what meals to prep, what needs to be bought. It creates a structured weekly plan that I share with my wife.
Not fully automated but way better than our old system of texting each other "wait do the kids have practice tonight??"
For the school flyer thing - Google Lens can read the text and you can copy/paste into your calendar. Not fully AI-automated but close. I take photos of every paper that comes home and process them in one batch.
Also: tell your kids' schools to use an app like Remind or ClassDojo instead of paper. Game changer when they actually do it.
Honestly the biggest improvement for us was designating one person as the "calendar owner" (me) and having everyone TEXT me when they have something to add. I update the shared calendar once a day. Less democratic but 100x more reliable than hoping everyone remembers to add their own stuff.
