Using AI to actually manage my life (not just chatbots)

I’ve been experimenting with using AI tools for real life management — not just asking ChatGPT random questions but actually building systems. Meal planning, budget tracking, scheduling, even helping me prep for difficult conversations at work.

Anyone else doing this? What tools are you using and for what?

  1. I use Claude for meal planning every week. I tell it my dietary restrictions, budget, and how many meals I need and it generates a full plan with grocery list. Saves me probably 2 hours a week.

  2. AI for workout programming has been a game changer for me. Instead of paying 200/month for a trainer I describe my goals, equipment, and schedule and get a personalized plan.

  3. The conversation prep thing is interesting. I’ve used AI to help me script difficult conversations with my boss. Not to be fake — more like to organize my thoughts and anticipate pushback. It actually helped me get a raise lol
