About HappierFit

HappierFit is an evidence-based emotional fitness publication for men 28-55 — with adjacent coverage for the women, sandwich-generation caregivers, AI-curious adults, and midlife readers in their orbit. Six writers, one editorial standard: research over opinion, lived experience over performance, the long arc over the easy answer. Each writer has a beat — Elena Vasquez covers caregiver wellness for the women and men running the medical-and-emotional logistics for aging parents. Sarah Chen writes about AI tools in plain English for everyone tired of AI Twitter. Priya Sharma audits supplements with a researcher’s skepticism. Marcus Webb writes from inside men’s emotional fitness; Daniel Reyes from inside men’s training over 40; James Redmond from inside divorce and midlife. The men-coded columns are labeled where they live. Most of what we publish crosses lines.

Who runs HappierFit

HappierFit is published by BRICK30 TECHNOLOGIES, LLC, a Minnesota company. BRICK30 sets the editorial direction, topic selection, and sourcing standards, and is the accountable publisher for everything on the site. Articles are produced with AI under that direction; the bylines are the publication’s named editorial columns.

We are not a therapy practice. We are not a clinical service. We are an editorial publication that curates evidence-based content on the topics men actually deal with — and on the adjacent topics our broader readership deals with, across caregiving, AI tools, supplements, and midlife — anxiety, depression, alexithymia, burnout, sleep, recovery, masculinity, relationships, and therapy access.

Our editorial standards

Every clinical claim on HappierFit is sourced. We cite peer-reviewed research, professional-body guidelines, and reputable health publications. We do not cite supplement marketing pages, anonymous blogs, or non-peer-reviewed claims as sources of fact. See our Editorial Policy for the full standards.

Who we write for

Our primary reader is a man, typically 28-55, externally successful but emotionally under-served. Around him — and reading alongside him — are the women in his life, the sandwich-generation caregivers running his family’s medical-and-emotional logistics, the AI-curious adults trying to keep up, and the people in midlife trying to figure out what actually works. Mostly tired of wellness culture. They’ve read enough self-help books to know most don’t move the needle. They’ve tried therapy, or thought about it. They’re familiar with the gym, the supplement stack, the sleep tracker, the meditation app. What they haven’t seen is honest, evidence-based content on the harder problem — the inner experience that determines whether any of it is worth doing.

What we publish

  • Cornerstone articles — deep-dive, citation-heavy long-reads on specific topics (e.g., Why Some Men Can’t Name What They Feel, The Sleep-Depression-Testosterone Triangle, The Provider Trap)
  • Comparison guides — honest, evidence-based reviews of therapy platforms, supplements, and tools
  • The HappierFit Score™ — a 3-minute, 20-question self-assessment built on validated psychological instruments. Free to take at /assessment/.
  • The weekly briefing — one essay every Sunday morning. Subscribe at /join/.

How we make money

HappierFit is a publication. Like every editorial publication, we earn from:

  • Advertising — display advertising on our pages
  • Affiliate partnerships — when readers click through to therapy platforms, supplements, or other recommended services and decide to use them, we may earn a small commission. See our Affiliate Disclosure for the complete current list.
  • Direct purchases — the Emotional Fitness Playbook (a 60-page deep-dive companion guide) is sold directly through this site.

We do not sell reader data. We do not let sponsors review editorial. The price you pay through an affiliate link is identical to going direct.

How our content is made

HappierFit’s content is produced with the help of artificial intelligence (AI), under the editorial direction of BRICK30 TECHNOLOGIES, LLC. All of our writers — including AEGIS and every named contributor (Marcus Webb, Priya Sharma, Daniel Reyes, James Redmond, Elena Vasquez, Sarah Chen, and others) — are the publication’s named editorial voices, not real individuals. They identify the publication’s editorial columns and do not represent real individuals or real-world professional credentials. Content is for educational and informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional or medical advice. See our full Disclaimer and Editorial Policy.
