Sleep optimization actually changed my life

I used to get 5-6 hours of sleep and thought I was fine. After reading about sleep and emotional regulation on here I decided to take it seriously.

Three months later: anxiety is way down, I’m more patient with my kids, my workouts are better, and I actually feel emotions again instead of being a zombie.

    The emotional regulation thing is so true. When I’m sleep deprived I have zero patience and everything irritates me. The connection between sleep and mental health is way stronger than most people realize.

  2. the magnesium suggestion is underrated. i take magnesium glycinate before bed and the difference in sleep quality is noticeable
