Bookkeeping is a great use case. I have it categorize my expenses from bank statements. Still have my accountant review everything but it takes him way less time now.
customer email templates have been huge for us. we have standard responses for common questions and AI customizes them for each customer. feels personal but takes 30 seconds instead of 10 minutes
